When can I expect to view my gallery?

Generally 2-3 weeks following your session, I will contact you when your gallery is ready. Some sessions will take longer than others to process, and I try to allow for unforeseen errands on my end that may crop up. You will be notified of any significant delays as soon as practical should they arise.

What is your booking/cancellation policy?

I require a $100 deposit at the time of booking. This acts as a retainer and secures the scheduled time and date just for you, and as such is non-refundable in the event of you simply changing your mind. I also require a booking form and contract to be completed in addition to your deposit.

I understand that sometimes things out of our control do happen, and in these instances cancellations will be treated on a case by case basis.

What if I need to reschedule?

I understand life happens and that sometimes sessions need to be rescheduled. I allow one reschedule at no additional cost, any reschedules thereafter will be charged at $50 each, a non-refundable fee. In the case of rescheduling after a no-show, a rescheduling fee equal to the original retainer is due at the time of rescheduling.

What should I wear for my session?

Simple, plain clothing is best. I find whites, blues and browns often look nicest, however as long as all colours worn by all parties are quite simple with no distracting patterns or images, you will look great! For newborn sessions, it is preferable for both parents to wear black for their photos with baby, and if any siblings are present, please have white to switch into and have the children in white as well, something semi-formal is perfect.
